What is Ultherapy®?

Ultherapy® is a treatment that uses High Intensity Focused Ultrasound to transform the skin, working deep below to stimulate production of your body’s own collagen and elastin, without surgery or downtime. The High Intensity Focused Ultrasound energy delivered during Ulthera® works with your body to remodel your collagen which in turn lifts and tightens the skin on surface and reduces lines and wrinkles. With Ultherapy® it only takes one treatment to see results.

While Ultherapy is not a replacement for a surgical facelift, there are many people who want some facial lifting but are not ready for surgery, whether mentally, physically or financially. There also are younger people who want to “stay ahead of the game,” as well as patients wanting an aesthetic maintenance option. Ultherapy® is an excellent non-invasive option.

The Body – Ultherapy® is a non-invasive way to lift and smooth the skin on our décolletage. The treatment results in a toning and actual lift of the skin over time.

The Eyes – Ultherapy® treats the upper and lower eyelids to help you look more youthful and rested. This treatment can raise the eyebrow and subtly reduce the hooded appearance of droopy eyelids.

The Jawline - Ultherapy® can dramatically alter the appearance of a double chin or jowls without undergoing surgery or committing to extensive downtime.

The Neck - Ultherapy® utilizes ultrasound energy to lift and tighten the skin on the neck. In anywhere from three to six months following treatment, you'll see an improvement in sagging, lax skin on your neck.

The Full Face – Ultherapy® smoothes lines and wrinkles and remodels collagen for the overall health of the skin.

What can I expect from my first Ultherapy® Treatment?

The Ultherapy® treatment time varies depending on the size of the area being treated. Some areas take as little as 30 minutes while larger areas can take up to 90 minutes. Prior to the actual treatment, time will be spent mapping, visualizing, and planning the treatment course and depth.

Is there pain or downtime with Ultherapy®?

One of the greatest benefits of Ultherapy® is that there is no residual pain after the treatment and it requires no downtime. However, you may experience some mild redness or swelling that will last for up to three hours after your treatment.

How long will it be before I see results from Ultherapy®?

It depends on the indication, treatment setting and severity of the issue treated. The fastest results are noted with the jawline contouring, followed by neck lift and total facelift. While you may see slightly tighter and firmer skin immediately, the building of new collagen happens over the course of two to three months following your treatment. After this period, you’ll see  tightened and toned skin around the eyes, brow, and jawline.

How many treatments how and how often should I come for Ultherapy®?

With Ultherapy® results will be visible after just one treatment. To maintain results a personalized plan will be provided. Most clients choose to do Ultherapy® once per year.
